Mike Bartels

Mike Bartels, along with Earl Williams, co-founded Qualitas Industries in August of 2021.  Prior to its renaming, Qualitas Industries was formerly known as Kirin Manufacturing.  Mike joined the Kirin Manufacturing 2012, concurrent with its first acquisition, Gerome Manufacturing.  At the time, Mike was Gerome’s Plant Manager and had full P&L responsibility of the Tucson division.  Mike started at Gerome 15 years earlier as a CNC programmer, then worked his way up through the ranks, until seven years later, he was running the shop.  Prior to Gerome, Mike was a CNC programmer for four years at Randell, a custom equipment manufacturer.

Mike earned his Applied Science Degree in Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute.
